REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At bebeika, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected.
1. 30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To process a claim for a damaged item, please email support@bebeika.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage.
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:
- Opened baby care products (lotions, creams, bath products, wellness items)
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Custom or personalized products
- Items purchased on "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
4. Return Shipping For "change of mind" returns (where the item is not defective), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first at [your email address] to receive the correct return address and authorization.
5. Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges We currently offer refunds only. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order. For defective items, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Lost or Stolen Orders bebeika accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
To protect yourself:
- Provide a secure delivery address where packages can be safely received
- Track your package using the tracking number provided
- Contact the courier directly if you believe your package was misdelivered
- Consider requiring a signature for delivery if available in your area
