SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

  • Canada: 10-20 business days (standard shipping)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons

Shipping Costs

  • FREE shipping on orders over $49.99
  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $49.99

Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout
  • If you notice an error, reply to your confirmation email immediately
  • Once the order is processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
  • bebeika is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages We are not responsible for packages returned due to:

  • Unclaimed packages
  • Refused delivery
  • Undeliverable address
  • Incorrect or insufficient address

If a package is returned to sender for any of these reasons, reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For Canadian orders: All prices  and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout
  • For international orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • For lost packages, please contact us if tracking shows no movement for 30+ days
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or a refund

International Orders We currently ship within Canada ,US and international shipping coming soon.
